The VPN is on the actual firestick. I can watch ITV player, 4OD, channel 5, TV player and all the other apps Netfiix ect. When I first got the firestick BBC IPlayer worked fine. Then it stopped. Re: BBC iPlayer slow on 26-10-2018 10:01 Assuming you're using a TiVo box and not a V6, then yes the app is not the quickest at loading.. but once a program starts it's quite normal for a few stutters & buffers to occur as the "adaptive bit rate" in the app settles at your current internet speed and gets the stream going. Jan 04, 2018 · For the last few days the BBC Iplayer app on my 2000T won't load: it stays stuck on the 'loading' page. I've made no changes to any settings that I'm aware of. BBC News and BBC Sport apps work fine (as do other non-BBC apps). Is anyone else having similar problems? Any suggestions to fix
Dec 10, 2019 · Hello I have the same problem as you, ennnceee. (TV model UE32H6400AK). Info on the iPlayer help site and the Samsung site seems to indicate that this model is still supported, but that an update to the app is needed. And the iPlayer app on my TV says it hasn't been updated since 30 October. Bizarrely, if I open another window, and leave the IPlayer running, it sounds perfect, but when I click back to the IPlayer page, it just freezes and stutters.. Same problem here in both Edge and IE11, previously OK before on Windows 7 but stuttering after upgrade to Win 10. Make sure you check there for the latest errors to see if there is a simple fix for your problem. Any suggestions to fix I noticed a problem with Donkey Town and BBC iPlayer that started 2 days ago - it no longer works. I tried on multiple devices on Mac and IOS. I uninstalled and reinstalled latest version, made sure my operating system had been updated and rebooted everything but still no go.
